We believe agents should be rewarded for their hard work. Therefore we offer some of the industries most aggressive commission plans. We have the RE/MAX monthly investment commission plans as well as traditional split plans that reach a "CAP" which allows agents to then receive 94% of their commissions with minimal monthly investment. Agents are paid their commission the day of closing; no waiting, no games.

You will have access to a mobile responsive personalized website. Websites integrate with a full CRM automating e-mail marketing allowing follow up to happen automatically. Your website includes landing pages, a home valuation page, and is optimized for Google & Facebook ads. These tools allow your marketing to go to the next level. Carl became the owner of RE/MAX First in East Brunswick in 2013 with a vision of building an office that focused on agents and their growth. Carl got into the real estate business when he was 24 years old and quickly became a top producer. Ten years later Carl's drive and enthusiasm for the business is what leads RE/MAX First Realty.

Olivier Louis

Broker | Owner | Cranford

Olivier Louis has vast real estate experience. Olivier has been a top producing agent, real estate mentor, and real estate manager.
Olivier is the broker of RE/MAX First II in Cranford and is driven
to help agents increase their business while working less.

Kendall Ramirez

Director of Finance

Kendall has been working with RE/MAX First for over 20 years. As the operations manager, she is responsible for the day-ins and day-outs of the office. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and provides exceptional service for the agents of both RE/MAX First and RE/MAX First Realty II. Her vast experience makes her an asset for both offices and the staff of RE/MAX First and RE/MAX First Realty II.

Jason Rivera

Director of Business Development

Jason started as an agent with RE/MAX First in 2014. As Director of Business Development for RE/MAX First, Jason’s focus is to bring new talent to the brokerage firm and assist in the growth of their businesses. A thorough understanding of the culture of RE/MAX First allows Jason to find amazing agents that match the values of our company and facilitate offers and employment, all while ensuring that the agents have a pleasant experience.

Victoria Pignataro

Director of Agent Services

Victoria has been with RE/MAX First for over a year, and in that time has helped, many agents make the transition smoothly from their former office to ours. Her attention to detail ensures that each new agent can make the change seamlessly and his or her business does not skip a beat. As well as being head of the onboarding process, she is also responsible for the ordering of real estate marketing material needed by any RE/MAX First Agent.
